Ethics and Boundaries

As a member of several marginalized and underrepresented groups in the USA, I am extremely proud of the safe, BRAVE, sacred and inclusive space I have created here. Your sexual orientation, gender, race, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, age, etc, do not make you any less WORTHY of total respect and care.

If you are disrespectful, misgender me past ONE gentle correction from me or behave in a threatening manner the session will be terminated, and you will NOT receive a refund. Please be kind and treat me with respect as will I do the same for you. Harassment and rushing readings will in no way be tolerated as timeline for readings will ALWAYS be documented in MULTIPLE places (rushing means inquiring about the delivery of your reading before the documented delivery time is over. If for any reason your reading will be behind the documented wait time that will be communicated to you.

All information that you provide such as your birth information, birth name, chosen name, etc are sacred and will be treated as such. Anything shared with me during a reading or a coaching session is CONFIDENTIAL. What happens in session, stays in session unless you have provided WRITTEN consent to share your experience with others.

The services rendered will provide advice and suggested courses of action to take for your highest good, but that does not mean I the coach am telling you what to do. Your decisions are 100% your own. As cousin-ly reminder…no human design analyst, coach, astrologer, numerologist, diviner, service provider, or person PERIOD can ever hold power over you unless YOU allow it (and I do not encourage that kind of behavior anyway.)

I reserve the right to refuse services and issue a refund if advised by my spiritual team. In the case of a cancellation due to my own urgent situation, I will provide the client with several time slots to reschedule or an option to receive a refund. If for any reason I am behind schedule for the delivery of digital products (such as the numerology reports) I will communicate with you via email and you will be provided with the option to receive a refund or an updated delivery date.

Should you need to reschedule a LIVE READING/COACHING SESSION I require a 24-hour notice as is the standard practice of most professional businesses. Please keep in mind that I will only allow ONE RESCHEDULE per LIVE READING appointment, so please be absolutely certain your rescheduled time will work. If you wish to cancel a LIVE READING you have 24 hours from purchase to do so in order to receive a refund. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your refund.

If you are running late for your appointment of any LIVE READING/COACHING SESSION, it is on you to communicate to me your lateness. A quick email is all that I need. If you communicate with me, I will honor the remainder of your appointment time. In the event, the lateness will exceed the duration of the appointment and I received a message from the client stating such BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME, I will allow the reading to be rescheduled.

If you are a no-call no-show, you will be banned from booking with me again and you will NOT receive a refund. It may seem harsh, but consider that not only is no communication inconsiderate, but it is also disrespectful as I could have scheduled another client in your place. I value your time. Please value mine.

All readings and services require payment in advance of your appointment. Credit cards, debit cards, ApplePay, and PayPal are all accepted through my website. In select instances I will accept payment via CashApp/Venmo, however, you must email me and have confirmation from me before sending it this way.
